Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is THE best fat loss workout available! During your training sessions you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a semi-private format, with no more than 4 other members, and in this personalized setting you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

For those who want that extra personal attention and a workout designed specifically for you, the Personal Trainers at The Training Zone are dynamic and engaging. Whether it is for that 15 year old getting in shape for sports season or a member with an injury, our training director will be sure to find the perfect match for everyone's needs. We offer Membership Packages that include 5, 8, 12 or unlimited Personal Training a month, or you can purchase Personal Training on its own.
